The Latitude at Deerfield Crossing sets the standard for urban living with high-end apartments across three, four-story buildings. Leveraging an existing water retention on the site, the buildings were organized to optimize residents view of the water. Efficient unit layouts created opportunity to maximize space on the site for an array of amenities including a resort style pool, fireplaces, outdoor grills and a bocce ball court surrounded by a lushly landscaped courtyard with intimate seating areas. In addition, the club area offers a fully equipped fitness center, lounge, private theater room, and community room.
