The vision for The District at Deerfield is to create a vibrant mixed-use development in the heart of Deerfield Township. The first phase of the development, named One Deerfield, includes 242 units spread across four 4-story buildings. Freestanding private garages and a podium parking garage provide secure, convenient parking. The 7,000 SF clubhouse and nearly half-acre exterior common area feature unique amenities such as a wine and beer garden, co-working hub, gaming lawn, and outdoor workspace, along with a beautifully appointed clubhouse, a resort-inspired pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, and a pet spa.
The second phase of the development is planned to include 95,000 SF of retail and restaurant in an eclectic mix, with 120 apartments above. The mixed-use buildings will surround a common lawn and stage for musical entertainment and farmers markets.
