Repurposing a Golf Driving Range to Waterfront Luxury Apartments
Everyday Living That Feels Like Vacation
The Ironwood Flats repurposed a golf driving range that included a wetlands conservation area into a luxury apartment development. A retention pond was used to create a “heart” to the development, giving most units a waterfront view. The buildings themselves are faceted to give the appearance of a curved facade and the sense of an embracing layout. In the amenities area an outdoor kitchen overlooks the infinity pool that opens onto the pond. Also included are multiple fitness rooms, an entertaining suite, golf simulator, co-working space, and conference rooms. The 296 units are spread across three 4-story and one 3-story building.
