The Boonespring Transitional care center is a skilled-nursing and rehabilitation facility that provides senior living services to the growing Northern Kentucky population. A mix of private and semi-private resident rooms create a sense of home and comfort in a care facility that will lead to increased wellness. The mountain lodge aesthetic influenced by the rolling hills of Kentucky further establishes the comfort and sense of ownership among the residents and their families.
