Welcoming Luxury Rooted in a Charming Community
Planning for an Elevated Living Experience
Located in Zionsville Indiana, bordering Carmel, this multifamily project uses unique building geometry to create a community focus around resort style amenities. 218 units across three, 3-story buildings nestle a luxury pool and landscaped courtyard to bring the amenities package within close walking distance to all the units. The parking was kept to the perimeter of the site with surface parking, as well as attached and detached garages. Meanwhile, the building layouts focus attention toward the interior of the community and creates additional opportunities for more desirable corner units.
