Phase 1 Apartments Are Filling Up and Phase 2 Is Underway.
The RED apartments in Madisonville, Ohio have been in development for 3 years. Since finishing construction of the first building in June of this year, 95% of the completed apartments have been leased. Construction on the second building has begun and plans for a third are ready to follow. By the wrap up of construction in 2020, the RED is set to house 299 luxury apartments.
