Cassidy Rodgers

Architecture Co-op

Being an undergrad at the University of Cincinnati, Cassidy Rodgers is taking the skills and knowledge learned in the classroom to better her professional development. She is completing her second co-op at Reztark. Some may call her a perfectionist, but she has a knack for details and is passionate about the design aspect of architecture. She is looking forward to the opportunity to learn new things and gain more experience.

What is your favorite thing about working at Reztark?

Downtown location and laid-back office atmosphere.

What parts of your profession are you most passionate about?

Being able to create for others/making ideas and dreams become real.

What are your hobbies or special skills?

Anything outdoorsy and active – sports, hiking, adventuring, etc.

Have you traveled out of the US or lived overseas? Where?

No, but I would love to. I am looking to study abroad senior year.

If you weren’t in your current field, what job would you have instead?

Probably some kind of engineer. My family includes engineers of all sorts, and everybody is surprised that I did not follow that path.

Cats or Dogs?

Both. I have grown up with only cats, but once I graduate I would like to get my own dog as well.

Is there anything unusual or interesting that you want to share about yourself?

I have a (fraternal) twin sister who goes to Purdue University to be a chemical engineer.
