AN AMBITIOUS EXPANSION DESIGNED TO ENHANCE THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Implementing Mercedes-Benz’s new Autohaus2 brand identity, Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati initiated an ambitious expansion and addition to house a new service drive building for an improved customer-oriented experience. Adding 7,000 SF to its main showroom, the interior design incorporates new offices, an elegant customer lounge area, focused media wall, open-air service desks, new lighting, and premium finishes. Essential to improving site circulation and flow, the 141-car display lot is tucked into the hillside concealing it from view of the neighboring residences. The clean exterior roofline and integrated signage blade complement the wall to wall glazing that glows from within, accentuating the presence of this global luxury brand.
