Kenwood Luxury

Where art and architecture collide

Creating a place of inspiration for luxury fashion retailers to showcase their clothing line became the driving vision for this project. Borrowing from fashion sensibilities of pattern and form, the Kenwood Collection solved architectural challenges with artful structure and meticulously patterned facades that reinvented the application of a standard building material. The blending of art, architecture and fashion created a beautiful and elegant shopping destination unlike any other in the area.

Creating a sense of arrival, place and connection

Above the retail podium sits an eight-story class “A” premium office tower. Maintaining a similar language as the retail, the office tower façade incorporates more reserved patterning – taking advantage of the exterior vistas and the vertical skylight. A centrally located plaza and amenity space created a hierarchy, signaling to visitors the points of entry and providing a circulation connection between the retail and office tenants.
